This year, I’m all about the semisolid shades. If you’re at all familiar with Colourwork Club, you’ll know all about my love of a graphic pattern, and the joy I get from playing with colour combos.
The Colour Lover’s Advent is a perfect stash-builder. Get 24 new mini skeins in surprise shades, so you can play around with your own colour combinations. No multicoloured, variegated or speckled skeins this year - just a delightful bundle of beautiful solid shades to compliment and enhance your yarn collection. Yum.

The Advent will ship in early November 2026 for UK orders (mid-October for overseas orders).
24 skeins, 24 different colours. This year’s Advent is designed for colourwork lovers! A smorgasbord of beautiful solid shades.
Packaged in a large, luxe and fully recyclable IYC custom printed cardboard calendar with a perforated door to open each day.
UK shipping is included. Overseas shipping will be calculated at checkout.*

*Unfortunately I am unable to ship to countries in the EU. This is due to regulations which require me to have a business representative in the EU, which as a one-person biz, I cannot achieve. However, sales made via my Etsy shop can be shipped to the EU, as Etsy covers the requirements on my behalf. Please be aware that Etsy also takes a whopping percentage of each sale, so prices there are higher.

Q: What’s included?
A: You’ll receive a beautifully packaged, 24-day Advent countdown calendar, with a skein of yarn for each day.
Q: What skein size options are available?
A: This year, I’m just offering the Mini size. That’s a 20g skein each day for 24 days.
Q: How much does the Indie Yarn Advent cost?
A: £120.
Q: What’s the packaging like?
A: The Mini Indie Yarn Advent is packaged in a luxe, large and fully recyclable, custom made IYC branded cardboard calendar with a perforated door to open each day.
Q: Which yarn bases can I choose from?
A: You can choose from Plush DK or Happy Feet Sock bases; and this year I’ve added the option to choose Happy Feet Everyday, which has 20% nylon content for extra strength.
Q: When will it arrive?
A: The Advent will ship in early November for UK orders (shipping mid-October for international orders). Delivery usually takes 2 working days in the UK, and anywhere from 3-10 days overseas.
