Each Selection Box is carefully packaged and delivered straight to your doorstep. Even better; your yarn is posted “flat” in a large letter sized package. Q: How do I access the Gift Certificate?
A: A link to download the PDF file will be emailed to you upon purchase. This is the printable gift certificate - be sure to download it within 24 hours, or the link will expire. (In which case, you can drop me an email at katy@indieyarnclub.com and I’ll send it to you again.)

Q: I’m buying for someone else, and I have no idea what they’d want!
A: No worries - just go with your instinct, and we can make amendments later if required. This applies to the base (type of yarn), and even the Yarn Club itself. I can also amend the shipping address later on if required. You can shop with total confidence. I’m here to make sure your recipient is THRILLED with their gift.

Q: How do I tell you the recipient’s details?
A: When you checkout, you’ll be directed to complete a form with the following information:

Q: What about international shipping?
A: UK Mainland shipping is included. Rest of World shipping will incur a £36 surcharge. This is to cover the full six months of postage costs. The surcharge will be invoiced via PayPal and sent to the email address you provide. (That’s your email address, not theirs!)
